Symon Donovan Properties (SDP Ltd) are partners with Sheffield Hallam University and are dedicated to Hallam Students to provide Superior Student Housing.

We own halls of residences and student houses and endeavour to make the transition from Halls to Houses a simple and easy process.

All of our properties go through the same high quality refurbishment and furnishing process. Once you have experienced Superior Student living with SDP Ltd, you simply will not find a better landlord and living arrangements!

Flexible Rental Packages
At SDP Ltd we are fully aware of the difficulties which students come across over the academic year, trying to budget for themselves by juggling rent, gas, electric, water, TV licence, broadband package etc.
Therefore, SDP Ltd has come up with 3 flexible rental packages, unique for Students
•Level 1 - Students pay all the bills - £70
•Level 2 - Students pay only the Gas and Electric - £76
•Level 3 - SDP pays all the bills (Gas, Elec, TV, Internet & Water) - £85
This allows accurate and complete budgeting for the complete academic year.
