After the first year of trading we invested in on-site glazing. This allows us to do specs in one hour as well as keep the standard of glazing high and the cost low.
In addition we have invested in a new computer system, which allows us to send reminders to patients by post, e-mail or even by SMS to your mobile phone. This is still new to us and so far only a few of our patients have given us their e-mail address, though I hope this site will change that.
