We really look after you at iQ Sheffield (Brocco) with help and support from the friendly on site team, great social events and of course, the iQ all-inclusive rents. iQ Sheffield (Brocco) offers ensuite bedrooms, arranged in flats of 4, 5 and 6 rooms – a really sociable environment to start or continue your university life. We thoughtfully include all utilities, your contents insurance with Endsleigh, and a 2Mb Broadband connection so there are no nasty bills at the end of the month. Within one of a our shared flats you have your own private ensuite bedroom and share a kitchen/lounge area with your flat mates, which provides a great space for socialising and relaxing, whether its cooking up your favourite meal, chatting over a coffee or sharing something stronger! This is a great way to meet people and to ensure that you start university life the way you mean to continue! Or, if you already have a group of friends that you would like to share with, why not do a group booking? Arranged within a flat of 4 - 6 bedrooms, all have an ensuite shower room, ample storage and a dedicated study area with plenty of space for all your books and loads of sockets for all your kit. The shared kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook up a feast! We provide an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer so all you need to do is fill the cupboards with your favourite nibbles. Whether sharing a meal, or a drink , you can relax in the lounge area and enjoy socialising with your flat mates. At iQ Sheffield (Brocco) you really are spoiled as we even provide each flat with its own hoover, iron and ironing board. At iQ Sheffield (Brocco) our Social hub is the heart of the building, complete with a big screen, Sky TV, leather sofas and a seating area. You can also join in the wide range of social events organised by the Accommodation Team – a great way to meet new people and spend an evening. At iQ Sheffield (Brocco) we are really spoiling you! We have upgraded the package provided by Ask4 so you can benefit from so much more than just the 2Mb broadband service. IPTV will enable you to get around 40 freeview channels delivered straight to your laptop, the extra gaming service will give you the ability to connect games consoles and enjoy high-priority connections to a number of key gaming server networks and you can also benefit from being able to backup your important coursework, photos, music or any files and access them from anywhere on the internet. If all this isn't enough for you gadget fans, you can even upgrade to 20Mb or 50Mb broadband or even buy a handset to enable you to make high quality calls with competitive call rates from your laptop. The Accommodation Team not only look after the building, but are on hand to assist you – they are also a fountain of knowledge about the local area and can help you to get the most out of your stay with iQ. As you would expect we have an out of hours service so you're never left in limbo in an emergency. All rents include utilities, contents insurance and basic broadband package. 3% discount for total rent paid in advance. The standard tenancy start date is 19th September 2009. Earlier start dates may be available by prior arrangement with the on site team. *Tenancies for all rooms also available on 50 week contracts at a reduced weekly rent. Your booking is not secure until you have paid a booking fee. The booking fee for an ensuite room is £250. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Once you move in, your booking fee becomes a damage deposit which will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy, less any agreed charges where applicable.
