They provide you with homes that they'd be delighted to rent themselves. As such, they offer a limited selection of well-groomed properties in the key student areas, Broomhill, Crookesmoor, Ecclesall Road, Nether Edge.
Holmes Rentals provide a full maintenance service on all properties managed by Holmes. They are also members of the two main national landlord bodies, National Landlord’s Association & Residential Landlord’s Association.
