Don't be put off by the location being a little further out - it has never been a problem for previous tenants who have just loved the location. You will save well over £1,000 compared to Ecclesall Road/Broomhill prices and that does not take into account the saving on gas bills - yes we pay the gas bills!! This is a really nice warm house so you haven't got to worry about big heating bills. There is also half rent for July and August. Great little house and great savings with no compromise on quality.
