Residential has done it again! In 2009 and 2010, the unique agency
gained Finalist status for numerous Industry Awards and was the first
Sheffield lettings agency to win the Bronze Award for Best Single
Lettings Agency of the Year 2010.
This year, Sheffield Residential have taken a stride forward and won the prestigious Gold Award from The Times & Sunday Times for Best Single Office (North) Agency of the Year 2011.
This
is a major achievement for a relatively small lettings agency which is
independently owned. It is usually the “big boys” with huge marketing
budgets and the franchises as a whole rather than individual local
franchise branches that win such prestigious awards.
