This is a really great 6 bedroom property but as our rents are so low we often get 5 person groups who then choose to split 6th rent between them and still works out very cheap. All bedrooms are a good size and have double beds. There is a large spacious sunny sitting room. There is a good sized fitted kitchen with a fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There are three showerrooms/bathrooms which is unusual in a 6 bed house. The rent is £50 per week per person (inc. gas bills) (based on 6 sharing) or £60 per week per person (based on 5 sharing).There is free unrestricted parking outside (no permits or meters) as well as off-road parking. Very close by there is a large 24 hour Tesco superstore, Sainsburys and Aldi and loads of local shops, pubs and parks (great sledging!). Access to all university sites is really easy either by walking, biking or loads of regular buses door to door. Don't be put off by the fact this property maybe in an area you are unfamiliar with. The property is in a really nice safe residential area - there are other students around too but it is not a prominent student area so we do not get all the break-ins/muggings etc known in other student areas. You will save well over £1,000 compared to Ecclesall Road prices and that does not take into account the saving you make on the gas bills (yes we pay for the gas central heating so you will be nice and warm) and also the half rent for July and August. For the sake of maybe an extra 10 or 15 minute walk into uni the saving is brilliant. Well worth a look at. We can collect you for a viewing.
