Park Student Residence is made up of over 100 4/5/6 and 8 bedroom houses all offering state-of-the-art fittings, features and services and set amongst 8 acres of landscaped lawns. The site offers plenty of space to relax, study, or socialise in the spacious properties and in the grounds with communal barbeque sites and covered seating areas.

There is always a dedicated Manager on site to deal with repairs, issues or concerns, a reception, which is manned 24 hours per day, overseeing security and able to receive deliveries, as well as an on-site maintenance team. Entry to the fully gated Park Student Residence is by Coded Key Fob while on site security includes a 24 hour manned reception with CCTV, night security and weekend patrols. In addition properties have their own alarm systems, as well as smoke and fire alarms in accordance with current regulations.

All our accommodation has open plan living space, a kitchen, and comfortable communal areas which have a plasma television, dining table and chairs. Our state-of-the-art kitchens have integrated appliances including fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.

Bedrooms are spacious with brand new double beds, desk, wardrobe and drawers. All bedrooms access the fastest available internet connection (10Mb/s upgradable to 25 or 50Mb/s) with IPTV delivering all the Freeview channels to your PC as well as gaming access for PlayStation, X-Box and Wii. All bedrooms, like the kitchens, have a tv aerial point, as well as a computer patch point and at least 2 double sockets.
 
Once you've chosen your room, reserving it is easy and you can secure it with a booking fee of £250. When your tenancy starts this converts to a security/damage deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy, so long as you've looked after your accommodation and paid your rent.
